The Merchandising team is looking for a talented Junior Operations Merchandiser to join us on a permanent basis. You will play a vital role in supporting the smooth flow of stock through the supply chain and ensuring alignment with commercial priorities. The role coordinates operational activity across Buying & Merchandising (B&M), Logistics, and other key business functions to drive data accuracy, timely reporting, and process efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytically minded, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will contribute to continuous improvement of systems and procedures, supporting both short-term trading activity and long-term business strategy. Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing: Managing the day-to-day movement of stock, including inbound deliveries, transfers and RTVs, while resolving operational queries. Monitoring inbound and outbound activity, identifying risks and escalating issues where required. Producing and sharing operational reports and KPI updates with key stakeholders. Supporting shipments, deliveries, delays and allocation readiness to ensure smooth trading. Building, maintaining and improving reporting using Excel, while providing meaningful analysis and insights. Preparing weekly reports and carrying out ad hoc analysis to identify commercial opportunities and risks. Building strong relationships and collaborating with teams across Buying & Merchandising, Logistics, Distribution Centres, Tech/Data and Finance. Communicating clearly and working cross-functionally to resolve issues and support business priorities. Supporting the onboarding and development of new team members and contributing to team discussions. Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and overall operational performance.
