Responsibilities

- Collaborate with occupational health services and the company doctor to promote well-being and workplace health.
- Represent the company with local authorities on all EHS matters, fostering productive relationships and facilitating information exchange.
- Secure all right-to-operate permits, proactively monitoring renewals, adapting procedures to new regulations, and applying for new permits when required.
- Manage the EHS budget and contribute to shaping the site's EHS strategy, partnering with Plant Management to drive a culture of safety and sustainability.
Requirements
- Master Degree in EHS matters or Engineering (e.g. Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial) or equivalent school background
- Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS roles within multinational or manufacturing environments.
- RSPP certification according to Italian legislation.
- Strong knowledge of production processes and manufacturing environments.
- Solid understanding of Italian safety and environmental laws (D.Lgs. 81/08 and D.Lgs. 152/06).
- Fluent English and Italian; additional European languages are a plus
