About the role

You will act as a building systems expert in identifying deficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Ensure that the tenants have a safe and comfortable work environment for Royal Bank Plaza. Responsible for operating and maintaining all building equipment and systems in a manner that ensures all quality standards are upheld. Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of related experience in building operations and maintenance of facilities with commercial assets such as data centers and/or class A+ office buildings
  • BES 1&2 or 4th Class Power Engineer certificate
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot/ identify opportunities and develop/implement action plans
  • Proficient user of a Building Automation System
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and be responsive to time-sensitive tasks.
  • Flexible in working hours and able to respond to emergencies after hours on a rotating on-call schedule.
  • Downtown Toronto office experience
