Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's a plus
Minimum 5+ years of experience in student services, education, or related field
Minimum 3+ years of people leadership experience with direct report management
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful programs
Experience with college access or retention programs
Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection and reporting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with diverse student populations
Proficiency in budget management and financial planning
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment

Reports To : VP, Student Success
Location : Hybrid; residence in the Charlotte region required with in-office presence Tuesday-Thursday. Occasional evenings and weekends required to support student success efforts.
