Location This position can sit in our Reston or Short Hills office and offers a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of peer survey and benchmarking data submissions, including stakeholder coordination, deadline management, data acquisition, validation, analysis, and executive-ready reporting.
  • Partner with finance, strategy and practice group stakeholders to compile data for timely submissions and then develop analyses and reporting that improve visibility into business performance, trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Incorporate market-based lagging and leading indicators into results, forecast, and planning stories with the broader FP&A team.
  • Support executive leadership with forward-looking market intelligence, scenario analysis, and benchmarking insights that inform growth strategy and resource allocation.
  • Help build and maintain scalable reporting processes, documentation, and a single source of truth library for survey and benchmark information.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, automate reporting, strengthen data governance, and enhance analytical tools.
  • Contribute to finance transformation efforts, including the design and adoption of AI-enabled and automation-based solutions that improve speed, consistency, and insight generation.
  • Serve as a trusted resource on benchmarking methodology, assumptions, data quality, and interpretation for cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Deliver ad hoc financial analysis, business cases, and executive materials that synthesize findings into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Preferred Education
  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Certificates
  • CFA is a plus.
