The Business Analyst plays a critical enabling role in the Digital Support & AI build-out, helping the organization collect, consolidate, and organize the data and requirements needed for strategic planning. In a rapidly evolving AI-driven environment, this role ensures that foundational information such as system inventories, process maps, data baselines, and business requirements is available, accurate, and structured so that AI, platform, and knowledge teams can act on it.
