Technical Project Manager (technician)

About the role

This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-5 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-13 and GS-14. You will serve as the Foreign Materiel Program Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Warfighter Defense and Systems Integration Department, Explosive Ordnance Disposal Information Management Division, FMA&E Branch (Code W21) of the Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-4 pay band (GS-11 and GS-12 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Leading the planning, analysis, and dissemination of foreign ordnance exploitation plans, reports and information to ensure comprehensive, accurate program compatible documentation is available for fulfilling customer requirements.
