Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Certifications: MuleSoft Certified Developer or Platform Architect preferred.
Experience integrating with Salesforce, AWS, SAP, Snowflake.
Knowledge of event-driven architectures (Kafka, AsyncAPI).
Exposure to MuleSoft RPA, Composer, or Intelligent Document Processing (IDP). Understanding of Agentic AI and its integration with CRM ecosystems.
