About the role

You will serve as a TELECOMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST in the C4 Directorate ofCOMMANDER US FORCES JAPAN . **ACCESS TO MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE IN JAPAN IS EXTREMELY LIMITED. Please see Additional Information section below.*** Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing technical and managerial program support of electromagnetic spectrum management and COMSEC in a joint and coalition environment; providing technical advisory assistance to military services and contractors on frequency spectrum allocation and equipment usage; and conducting negotiations with an international government for US forces use of electromagnetic spectrum.
