HR Business Partner

About the role

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy. Provide strategic HR advice on people-related matters and build strong stakeholder connections to identify key organizational needs. Co-manage recruitment and selection processes, ensuring the attraction of talent aligned with company needs and culture. Oversee the onboarding and training processes, from identifying development needs to implementing comprehensive plans that promote employee skill growth and professional advancement. Manage the talent management and performance management cycles, providing support to managers and employees throughout the process. Monitor and promote initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and engagement while fostering a positive work environment. Support employer branding efforts and internal communications to strengthen organizational attractiveness and culture. Track and analyze key HR performance indicators (KPIs). Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in an industry environment. Proficiency in spoken and written English. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to address complex HR challenges. Knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices and industry trends. Strong talent management and development skills. Experience with performance management systems and processes. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong teamwork skills, empathy, motivation and positive attitude toward challenges.
