Design and implement comprehensive adoption strategies to embed AI tools into daily workflows, ensuring sustained behaviour change and measurable impact.
Workforce Redesign:
Facilitate workshops and working sessions to help clients rethink how work gets done - shifting from task-based execution to AI-augmented, outcome-driven models.
Client Engagement & Storytelling:
Translate complex AI capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for business leaders and employees, enabling understanding and buy-in.
Learning & Capability Building:
Develop and deliver training, enablement programs, and experiential learning journeys to equip employees with the skills needed for the future of work.
Program Delivery:
Lead large-scale transformation initiatives across multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment, momentum, and delivery of business outcomes.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
Continuously refine methodologies, frameworks, and playbooks for workforce transformation and AI adoption.
Academic qualifications and certifications:
Master's Degree in Business, Communications, Psychology, Learning, Design, or related field
8-12 years of experience in change management, transformation, learning, or consulting roles
Required experience: Strong experience in organizational change, transformation, or workforce enablement
Ability to facilitate senior-level workshops and drive strategic discussions
Exceptional storytelling and communication skills
Experience designing and delivering learning or adoption programs
Strong stakeholder management across business and technology teams
Ability to translate emerging technologies (especially AI) into business value
High adaptability in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Experience in industry, consulting or large-scale enterprise transformation is a plus
