Role Summary and Impact As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC) , you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for a Senior Executive AdOps who will: Project manage creative specification requirements and digital asset delivery; coordinating timelines and leading communications with our agency partners. Responsible for accuracy and upkeep of our creative spec library making updates in accordance with industry specifications and/or publisher requirements. Lead the creation of campaign creative specs and asset tracker ensuring alignment with media plans. Maintain a high-quality standard for the Ad Operations department by overseeing Quality assurance of creative. Responsible for receipt, organisation, and QA of assets upon receipt and before launch, providing consultation when necessary. Monitor creative delivery to ensure time targets are met, including checking assets and providing troubleshooting support for trafficking issues related to creative, publisher implementation, and escalation to third-party vendors when necessary. Regularly meet with internal teams, external client partners and clients to provide updates on deliverables. Continually evaluate workflows and processes in order to streamline cross team functions while keeping us organised and efficient. Help to continually identify and implement opportunities for improvement within team processes, supporting systems and communication channels.
