Collaborate with engineering, program management, quality, manufacturing, and purchasing to define products that meet customer needs; perform ad-hoc program management as required. Coordinate launch activities and timing (minor/major changes) with customers and internal teams; establish follow-up to keep projects on schedule. Research and resolve customer issues (pricing, engineering changes, shipping); recommend product modifications; reconcile discrepancies with contracts/agreements. Monitor sales performance vs. plan; prepare periodic sales/pipeline reports; implement countermeasures; supply data for forecasts and the business plan.
