Responsibilities

  • Carrying out all aspects of plastering work within kitchen and bathroom refurbishments
  • Preparing surfaces, including bonding, patching, and skimming
  • Making good after other trades, ensuring a high-quality finish
  • Working in occupied social housing properties, maintaining a clean and safe environment
  • Ensuring all work is completed in line with project specifications and company standards
  • Managing your daily workload to meet programme deadlines
  • Communicating effectively with site teams, supervisors, and tenants
  • Identifying and reporting any issues or additional works required
  • Working collaboratively with other trades to ensure smooth project delivery

  • Experience in domestic/similar work
  • NVQ Level 2 (preferred)

  • Own tools (110v or battery-operated)
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (van preferred)
  • Good conversational English
  • Reliable, organised, and able to work to deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
