Support Wealth Advisor in delivering exceptional services to clients, with the potential to lead less complex client relationships.
Advanced capability of all wealth, investment, and financial planning processes
Begins to prepare and make recommendations for client financial plans and investments and portfolio allocations
Assist in preparation for client meetings, documenting discussions, and drives client follow-up.
Mentoring others and providing oversight of work
Primary role is as secondary advisor
Begins to progress to greater independence related to client execution items and ultimately client relationship management and independent decisions
Business process - understanding of client contracts, fee schedules and the onboarding process
Solid/active relationships with COI peers; provides critical support to client team revenue
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree
4-8 years' experience
CFP, CFA, CPA, JD, or MBA required
Advanced knowledge of financial planning concepts and processes
Experience with the following technology: Salesforce, Portfolio Accounting Software, DocuSign, Microsoft Suite, Planning Software

Physical Requirements
