Lead the end-to-end development of the annual IT budget, including both Operating Expenses (OpEx) and Capital Expenditures (CapEx), in close partnership with Finance and IT leadership
Develop and maintain monthly financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with changing business priorities and project demands
Track and report actual spend against budget on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data
Perform detailed variance analysis (budget vs. forecast vs. actuals) and collaborate with stakeholders to identify drivers, risks, and corrective actions
Prepare and communicate monthly financial reports, dashboards, and insights to IT leadership, Finance, Project Managers, and Scrum Masters
Partner with Project Managers, Scrum Masters and Functional/Technical SMEs to ensure project-level and Op-Ex financials are accurately planned, tracked, and forecasted
Proactively manage vendor contracts, including monitoring spend, usage, and performance to ensure value realization
Lead timely contract renewals, renegotiations, and terminations to avoid service disruptions and optimize costs
Identify and drive cost optimization opportunities across IT spend, including vendor consolidation, license optimization, and demand management
Ensure proper financial governance, including accruals, invoice validation, and compliance with procurement and finance policies
Support business case development and investment planning with robust financial modelling and scenario analysis
Build strong relationships with global stakeholders across IT, Finance, Procurement, and vendors to ensure alignment and transparency
Manage financial planning and vendor oversight across multiple geographies, accounting for regional differences in contracts, currencies, and regulations
Provide global HR oversight for Finance Analysts, including onboarding, performance management, coaching, and capability development
Guide and mentor Finance Analysts to ensure consistency in financial processes, reporting standards, and analytical quality across regions
Drive continuous improvement and standardization of financial and vendor management processes, including automation and reporting enhancements
