Visit our Career Page to learn more about our team: https://www.elfbeauty.com/work-with-us Position Summary: The Manager, Brand Partnerships & Campaigns will lead the development and execution of bold, insight-driven 360° marketing campaigns across the e.l.f. Beauty portfolio, including e.l.f. Cosmetics, e.l.f. SKIN, Naturium, Well People, and Keys Soulcare. This role is responsible for bringing integrated campaigns to life across all key channels (digital, social, ecommerce, influencer, retail, and paid media), ensuring cohesive storytelling and consistent brand expression across multiple brands and audiences. The ideal candidate is a strategic and creative marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about shaping culture, driving engagement, and delivering best-in-class campaigns. The base salary range for this role is listed above. Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity. Under e.l.f.'s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their target bonus when company performance exceeds defined goals. In addition, e.l.f. provides a variety of other benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, gender neutral parental leave, and unlimited paid time off. The amount of total compensation (including base salary) offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including geographic location, experience, specific skills, and qualifications. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 4-6+ years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, or brand marketing
  • Experience executing multi-channel, 360° campaigns across digital, social, influencer, ecommerce, and retail
  • Strong understanding of the beauty industry (experience across multiple categories-color cosmetics, skincare, wellness-is a plus)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple brands, campaigns, or product lines simultaneously
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working cross-functionally with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Experience mentoring or leading junior team members is a plus
