Finance Analyst - ZBB & Fixed Costs

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Finance professional to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. You'll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You'll be reporting into our ZBB & Ops Manager. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. You'll have full end to end ownership of the US$310m Fixed Cost P&L of the UK & Ireland business including build and delivery of the budget. You're constantly looking for improvement activities within FP&A! In brief, you will: Delivery of the entire business cycle around Fixed costs - month end, variance analysis, spend projection & budgeting Lead the transformation of marketing & ZBB reporting and tracking Review of results with spend owners and delivery of the annual forecast twice a month - after month end closing & before the forecast submission Build collaborative relationship with Package and Entity budget owners to drive budget delivery, policy adherence as well as correct ZBB/cost culture Ensure all spend trackers across Fixed Costs (Simple Packages, People, Marketing) are delivered on time, in full and with high accuracy Enhance 360 marketing spend tracking and visibility tool through process review & automation Manage the relationship with external Royalty agency and collaborate with the Marketing team to have full visibility of the royalty forecast and assess new opportunities
