The candidate will manage a portfolio of customer accounts and approximately 160 monthly shipments, ensuring daily operational execution, on-time pickup and delivery, and proactive communication with customers, shippers, and internal teams. They will coordinate shipment coverage, monitor track & trace, PODs, unbilled and service issues, prepare and share weekly and monthly KPIs for their assigned accounts, and support the onboarding and growth of new business within their assigned portfolio.
