Quote and coordinate both large and small shipments to international and domestic customers.
Maintain our ERP system to ensure it reflects all shipments that leave our facility.
Maintain and establish relationships with our logistics providers.
Negotiate with logistics partners
Coordinate all logistics for off-site demonstrations, events and trade shows worldwide.
Remain up to date on international customs, and dangerous good regulations.
Work with our Customer Service, Sales, Project Management, Inventory, Production, and Quality departments to ensure you have everything you need to build your shipment.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
Required Skills: 3-5+ years' experience working in a logistics environment.
Supply Chain Management diploma, C.C.L.P and/or related courses
Legal authorization to work in Canada is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future for this job opening.

Job Description
Ensure legal compliance and provide import/export administration and control within government rules and regulations, including appropriate licencing for shipments. Review contracts for required clauses and identifies omissions. Interface with internal and external customers, foreign order administration, freight forwarders, customs officers and other departments to ensure coordination and logistics of shipment. Select carrier/forwarder for shipment of products and prepare documents for freight forwarders.
You will report to the Manufacturing Manager and work on-site full time in Waterloo.
Your working schedule will be Monday-Friday.
