Where You'll Make a Difference Support end-to-end execution of fragrance development projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and documentation are well managed and aligned with business needs Assist in evaluating and selecting fragrances based on brand positioning and market trends, while coordinating closely with perfumers to communicate feedback and refinements Contribute to market and consumer insights by analyzing trends, competitor products, and fragrance directions, and supporting the creation of client-ready presentations Maintain fragrance libraries, databases, and project documentation, ensuring accurate tracking of samples, submissions, and key learnings across projects Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Perfumery, and Technical to ensure effective communication, alignment, and smooth project execution What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor's degree in Fragrance, Chemistry, Marketing, or related field 1-3 years of experience in fragrance, FMCG, or related industry (fresh graduates with strong potential may be considered) Basic understanding of fragrance structure and strong interest in olfactory development How Would You Stand Out?
