Senior Network Engineer

About the role

We are a diverse global Network Operations team of approximately 15 professionals based across Massy, Bolney, Houston, and Singapore. The team is responsible for operating, supporting, and continuously improving the network services that enable our business, including data center, cloud, enterprise, WAN, wireless, and network security infrastructure. Our mission is to deliver stable, secure, and scalable connectivity for critical business operations across our global environment. We work closely with architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, site IT, and business teams to ensure reliable service delivery, effective incident response, strong change execution, and continued modernization of our network platforms. The team combines deep technical expertise with a collaborative, practical, and service-focused culture. We value ownership, clear communication, continuous learning, and teamwork across regions. This role will contribute directly to major operational and modernization initiatives, including network standardization, improved observability, infrastructure refreshes, and support for high-performance computing and enterprise connectivity across the business.
