Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity As Senior Asset Manager, you'll take the lead on planning, optimising, and overseeing maintenance and renewal programmes for all assets within the state highway network. With responsibility for multimillion‑dollar asset portfolio, you'll ensure our corridors continue to perform, endure and provide value for generations. In this senior role, you will: Develop and optimise 3‑year forward works programmes and annual plans Oversee asset condition through inspections, audits, and validation to support evidence‑based decisions. Lead technical investigations, test plans, and renewal designs to select optimal, cost‑effective treatments. Manage budgets, forecasting, and funding allocations manage (indicative budget scope $57M) Identify opportunities for efficiencies and improved maintenance practice through data‑driven insights.
