- Centralized Growth Function Leadership
- Lead and develop a centralized Growth organization, aligning business development, product, sales, and partnership capabilities to improve pipeline development and go-to-market execution
- Provide direction and oversight to senior leaders across multiple disciplines, ensuring strong alignment, accountability, and performance outcomes.
- Establish operating rhythms, governance, and performance metrics to track growth initiatives and outcomes.

- Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 12+ years of experience in strategy, growth/business development, or related leadership roles in healthcare, pharmacy services, or adjacent industries.
- Proven track record of leading complex strategic initiatives, including partnerships and market expansion.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to assess financial, operational, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
- Experience operating in highly matrixed, cross-functional environments with executive-level stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams and build scalable organizational capabilities.

- For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 222,700 - 371,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
- This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus and long term incentive plan.
