Supervisory Program Manager

About the role

You will serve as a Supervisory Program Manager in the Mission Support Division, code 1200 of NAVAL RESEARCH LABORATORY. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band (NO-04) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate most or all of the following: 1) Overseeing a specialized staff in the execution of high-level visits, official ceremonies, and diplomatic functions to ensure alignment with Department of Navy and DoD customs and courtesies; 2) Establishing workflow improvements for the handling of classified materials and formulated interim strategic goals to meet shifting operational needs; 3) Providing oversight for Information Security and the administration of Special Access Programs (SAPs) within a high-stakes R&D environment; and 4) Establishing operating policies, initiating special programs and researching projects.
