Requirements

• Valid Driver's License (NO EXCEPTIONS)
• 3+ years climbing experience
• Preferred but not required
• ISA Certified Arborist
• TRAQ / CTSP / CDL

Monster Tree Service of South Charlotte - Indian Trail / South Charlotte Market $90-$100k Salary with Production Bonus + Paid Certifications + Career Path Position Summary: This role is aligned with our Climbing Arborist II-III Career Pathway and requires demonstrated proficiency in advanced rigging, complex removals, and production accountability. This individual must perform at a high level technically, operate with discipline, and contribute to crew performance, safety, and client confidence. This is a senior position, and the individual will be considered part of our management team.
