Lead the close process, annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning for Global Merchant SMB business in partnership with channel finance and global business partners.
Monitor and explain monthly performance versus targets; conduct variance analysis to highlight risks and opportunities.
Deliver high-quality dashboards, presentations, and reports with clear narratives to Finance and executive leadership.
Collaborate with Business Unit (BU) and Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to align with consolidated financials and reporting cadence.
Partner with Investor Relations and senior executives to craft the story of the business and provide insights that inform executive communications.
Drive automation and process improvements in forecasting and reporting to reduce cycle times and improve accuracy.
Lead ad-hoc analyses for special projects and senior leadership requests.

Experience you'll need to have:
5+ years of experience in finance or accounting with a focus on revenue and expense management, forecasting, and budgeting for product lines or business units.
Experience conducting variance analysis and performance reporting, translating complex data into executive-ready insights and recommendations.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (build driver-based models, pivot tables, lookups) and Microsoft PowerPoint (create clear, concise executive narratives and visuals).
Ability to build and maintain financial models and automate reporting using business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI or similar).
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
Experience that would be great to have:
Experience in the payments industry.
Experience with enterprise financial systems (e.g., SAP, BPC, Oracle) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, PowerPivot).
Experience with Palantir Foundry.
