Partner with the GCCO to execute claims organization strategies and initiatives.
Translate the GCCO's vision into actionable plans and outcomes across the global Claims team.
Drive operational excellence by overseeing key business management functions such as strategic planning, departmental budgeting, and executive reporting.
Project Management & Execution:
Direct the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Oversee enterprise-wide transformation projects and process improvement efforts within the Claims function.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
Minimum 10 years of experience in property & casualty insurance; significant experience within Claims, operations, or business management required.
Proven track record leading complex projects and strategic initiatives in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong analytic, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience working with executive leadership; ability to influence at all levels.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, project management tools, and analytics platforms.
Ability to work in New York City, including flexibility for in-person collaboration as needed.
Preferred Candidates Will Have:
Experience in consulting, strategy, or transformational roles within insurance or financial services.
Familiarity with global operations, regulatory environments, and digital transformation in Claims
