How you'll make an impact: Support the design and delivery of product training and "bridge" content for Partner Account Managers (PAMs) and Solutions Engineering teams to close technical gaps and accelerate deal progression. Assist in the delivery of AI fluency programs and learning frameworks, helping employees adopt internal AI tools (GIA) and equipping sales teams with AI-powered conversation skills. Conduct audits of existing knowledge assets and apply content taxonomies to ensure learning materials are accurate, discoverable, and "AI-ready" across the organization. Utilize tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or E-learning authoring software (e.g., Articulate) to create job aids, microlearning, and visual assets based on adult learning principles. Help operationalize onboarding programs for new Revenue Generation hires to reduce "time-to-first-deal" and ensure new employees are ramped efficiently. Use data analytics to measure program effectiveness, reporting on engagement metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvement in learning solutions. What you'll bring to the role: Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Adult Learning, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Business, Communications, or a related field. Equivalent combination of education and/or work experience in related field may be substituted Foundational knowledge of instructional design frameworks, adult learning theory, and experience design principles for diverse audiences. Basic knowledge of e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar) to create engaging digital learning content. Basic understanding of revenue team workflows, sales training principles, and how learning solutions support commercial performance.
