Use data and insights to identify trends, risks, operational gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Serve as a cultural ambassador, ensuring company values are reflected in daily operations and ways of working.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a similar people-focused role.
Strong comfort working onsite in a hands-on, highly visible capacity.
Experience balancing strategic partnership with operational execution.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.
Sound judgment and confidence navigating employee relations and operational challenges.
Working knowledge of employment practices, compliance, and policy application.
A continuous-improvement mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
