Oversee investigation quality, ensuring adherence to Medline's standards and regulatory requirements
Participate in initiatives that continuously improve the complaint handling process to enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity
Generate reports and analyze complaint data based on business needs
Engage with internal and external customers by addressing inquiries, clarifying processes, and providing guidance on procedures
Support internal and external audits related to complaint management and compliance
Management Responsibilities:
Oversee daily team operations, providing hands-on support when necessary
Allocate resources, manage schedules, and ensure compliance goals are met
Recruit, train, and develop individual contributors to support business objectives and drive long-term success
Drive results through clear expectations, continuous performance evaluation, and job appraisal while fostering engagement via structured goal setting, feedback, and reviews

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$73,000.00 - $110,000.00 Annual
The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
