About the role
Develop ramp-up scenarios together with Project or NPI Managers, consider them carefully in the planning process, and monitor their execution. Support New Product Introduction, ramp-up, and transfer projects. Avoid E&O risk by planning and maintaining inventory transparency Implementation of allocation decisions in the case of production bottlenecks on the various production lines. This includes coordinating with Customer Logistics (CLM), the Capacity Alignment Planner, and Product Marketing. Increase ramp-up and transfer efficiency by evaluating the potential for standardization and automation of processes and reporting Other duties as assigned. About you: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred 5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or planning Strong knowledge of demand & supply planning, inventory management, and end-to-end supply chain Knowledgeable with project management practices Experience in new product introduction, ramp-up/transfer projects, or change management is a plus Background in global semiconductor manufacturing is an advantage Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel Ability to plan timelines and identify critical paths Skilled in scenario and impact analysis Able to analyze and connect data from multiple sources for decision-making Experience working with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Marketing, Quality, Manufacturing, etc.) Knowledge of capacity planning, production allocation, quality processes, and marketing planning is a plus Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Good written and verbal English communication skills Strong data analysis and reporting skills Detail-oriented #LI-FE1 At Littelfuse, we support employee growth and development.
