ELS is hiring for the position of Front Desk Clerk in Eustis, Florida. Wha t you'll do: Our Front Desk Clerks provide exceptional customer service to facilitate excellent and memorable guest and resident experiences. Your job will include: Act as the property liaison by providing guests and residents with information and responding to questions both in person and over the phone. Process payments and deposits accurately and efficiently. Run reports and submit maintenance request forms to support office operations and ensure efficiency. Partner with the Property Manager and communicate regularly to address inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Prioritize guest and resident satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and providing prompt solutions. Maintain flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as business needs require. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Experience & skills you need: High school diploma or equivalent experience. 1+ years of experience in customer service with exceptional customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems.
