Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, coordination, onboarding, or HR administration in a high-volume environment
Strong working knowledge of HRIS platforms, with Workday experience preferred
Excellent communication skills-comfortable guiding candidates from diverse backgrounds with professionalism and credibility
Proven ability to manage high-volume workflows with strong prioritization and attention to detail
Experience coordinating with third-party vendors and managing bookings, follow-ups, and service delivery
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
High attention to detail and the ability to adapt in a changing environment

Ledcor is hiring a full-time Recruitment Coordinator to join our HR team and play a key role in getting new hires across the finish line. Reporting to the Supervisor, Recruitment Coordination, you'll be the primary point of contact for candidates from offer acceptance through to Day 1 readiness, guiding them through pre-employment requirements with clarity, responsiveness, and professionalism.
This is a high-volume, fast-paced role that demands strong process discipline, excellent communication, and the ability to keep multiple candidates moving simultaneously. Essential Responsibilities
Serve as the front-line contact for new hires and rehires from offer acceptance through hire-on completion
Proactively call and guide candidates through pre-employment requirements, timelines, and next steps
Respond to candidate questions, escalate issues as needed, and follow up consistently to maintain momentum
Support internal employee moves with the same level of urgency and attention
Document candidate interactions and send follow-up emails in Workday
Coordinate hire-on activities accurately and efficiently in systems including Workday and CannAmm
Arrange pre-employment requirements with third-party vendors-drug and alcohol testing, background checks, certifications, and training
Manage vendor relationships to maintain service levels and meet hiring timelines
Communicate with hiring managers on pre-employment issues, start date changes, and related matters
Collaborate with assigned HR team members to align hire-on activities with project hiring plans
Facilitate daily reporting to projects and business units as required
