As an Deal Analytics Manager, you will execute and manage the data and business analytics process throughout all phases of the engagement lifecycle. You will gather data, understand key deal questions, and formulate pragmatic solutions, performing detailed analyses to support business and deal-related processes. Additionally, you will work closely with clients to design and implement advanced analytics solutions, maximizing revenue and growth opportunities while providing technical leadership to the analytics team. Job Responsibilities Leads and manages analytics engagements supporting buy-side and sell-side transactions. Structures engagements and staffing models to support pre-close planning, post-close execution, and operational readiness. Leads client workshops and working sessions to validate deal thesis, investment objectives, and value drivers. Applies deep understanding of transaction planning, synergy assessment, and execution considerations. Collaborates with internal teams to deliver integrated, value-focused analytics solutions. Manages engagement delivery, economics, and client relationships.
