Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, aligning business needs with Digital Experience and ITAD solutions
Lead discovery conversations, solution design, and service scoping across the sales lifecycle. Develop appropriate assessment and service solutions for CDW customers, including architecture, optimizations, technology health checks, deployment services, and advisory services.
Collaborate with customers, delivery teams, and internal sales to offer consultative guidance, plan sales strategy, and author statements of work (SOWs).
Analyze technical and competitive considerations, defining actions to meet customer requirements in the sales cycle, and through a consultative approach , provides enhanced business outcomes beyond initial customer expectations.
Maintain strong customer and partner relationships while supporting territory and pipeline strategy.
Act as a subject matter expert and support enablement, mentoring, and knowledge sharing across teams.
What we expect of you:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of five years in technical, pre-sales, or post- sale delivery role.
Motivated, self-starting, and able to independently perform high quality work with minimal guidance.
Industry knowledge and domain expertise - Digital Experience and ITAD solutions .
Team collaboration and leadership: Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales and delivery, is crucial in this role.
Solution design and problem-solving skills: The candidate should have the ability to a bility to design and clearly articulate solutions to technical and non-technical audiences
Proven collaboration across sales, delivery, and partner teams .
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently .
Familiarity with CRM tools and statements of work preferred .
Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed .
Pay range: $94,500 - 132,100 depending on experience and skill set
Annual bonus target of 25 % subject to terms and conditions of plan

Job Summary
The Senior Solution Architect (SSA) is a field-based technical pre-sales role that focuses on developing comprehensive solutions for CDW customers. This role involves help ing customers design and implement ing solutions across Digital Experience and IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) through a consultative, pre-sales approach. In this role you will be working with customers, delivery, and internal sales teams to develop and maintain strategic relationships and be a trusted advisor to grow our Digital Experience services business.
