Duties & Responsibilities
Review the work of a group of Fund Administrators (I, II and III). Reviewing responsibilities primarily includes financial statements, board materials, compliance tests and other functions of Fund Administration.
Key Functions:
Coordinate with Lead Administrator and client's external auditor the audit of financial statements and provide timely and accurate documentation necessary to complete the audit
Respond to client questions and requests
Perform review of quarterly, semi-annual and annual financial reports for assigned funds to ensure accuracy and proper disclosure
Perform review of periodic dividend and capital gain distributions
Perform final review of requested board material for client board meetings.
Other Duties as assigned

Understanding of mutual fund and GAAP requirements required
Strong customer service skill are necessary
