Responsibilities
- Leadership to the M&E Team, both in Head Office and on Site, in compliance with Company Policies, for the professional and dutiful execution of their respective roles.
- a. Corporate Targets
- i. Plan and deliver in association with other departments the yearly and mid term award, sales and profit targets set by Corporate Head Quarters.
- b. Human Resources
- i. Develop career trajectories and competency training of all M&E staff.

- quotation of each service in each tender.
- ii. Develop and maintain a good pool of subcontractors to support the Company in Tender and Works.
- iii. Obtain and assess critically competitive quotations incompliance with Company governance.
- iv. Develop Value Engineering during tender and through works execution to improve on profit margins of the
- project.
- d. Works
- i. Develop and monitor execution and cost control plans for projects.
- ii. Ensure M&E works quality and timeliness within working budget.
- iii. Develop and maintain a Corporate QA/QC plan for in-process and post completion maintenance works so
- as to improve on current and future project quality.
- e. Others
- i. Subcontractors and Suppliers resources pool - develop and maintain excellent relationships to ensure that
- the Company has adequate support from these stakeholders.
- ii. Any other ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by Management.
