Proven experience in a sales leadership or sales management role, ideally within technology, SaaS, or enterprise solutions
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Experience managing complex sales cycles and engaging with senior customer stakeholders
Solid business acumen with strong analytical and forecasting skills

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Sales Manager role with [UAE] will lead and grow a high-performing sales team within one of our strategic business areas. This is a people management role, responsible for leading a focused team and driving sustainable revenue growth across key markets. The successful candidate will combine strong leadership capabilities with hands-on sales expertise and will play a critical role in executing go-to-market strategies, developing talent, and building long-term customer relationships.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4 sales professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance
Own and drive regional / portfolio revenue targets, ensuring consistent pipeline generation and forecast accuracy
Define and execute sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives
Support the team in complex deal cycles, including executive-level customer engagements
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (e.g. marketing, customer success, product) to ensure successful deal execution and customer outcomes
Provide regular reporting on performance, pipeline health, and business insights to senior leadership
