Position Summary: The Medical College of Wisconsin's Division of Geriatric & Palliative Medicine is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide specialty medical care within the In patient setting . This position is located at Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital and Froedtert West Bend Hospital . The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) works as a member of a multidisciplinary health care team who will contribute to excellence in program administration, patient care, patient safety, research, quality improvement, and teaching. Position Highlights: Thriving & growing program Provide exceptional, compassionate, & collaborative care of palliative care inpatients Engage & comfort patients & families Will assist in the coordination of care for patients seen by the Community Health Division Palliative Care Consultation Service in the Inpatient setting Schedule: Part-time, .5 fte One week on, One week off.
