Job Title: Adult's Social Worker - Working Age Location: St Helens (Hybrid) Pay Rate: £35 per hour Job Description: Liquid Personnel is recruiting Social Worker for it client's Adult Services - Working Age Team based in St Helens. What will your responsibilities be? As part of the social work team you will be responsible for undertaking social care assessments, Care plans, reviews and all other statutory work under the Care Act. You will undertake safeguarding investigations COPDOL work 21a Challenges Mental Capacity Assessments Best Interest decisions In return you will be provided with monthly supervision, Informal supervision/support, monthly team meetings and practice groups.
