5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
Bachelor's degree
Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
2+ years of driving process improvements experience
Knowledge of general AI tools

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, results-oriented Sr. Program Manager. In this role, they will own and lead significantly complex programs and processes that span our wide stakeholder base (Selling Partners, Amazon businesses, Finance, Accounting) on behalf of sellers. They will own go-to-market strategy and execution, and also own engagement and communication with cross-organizational stakeholders. They will collaborate with product owners, technical teams, and business owners across organizational boundaries to delight our customers and enhance their end-to-end financial experience.
This program leader will advocate for simplification and challenge their team to look around corners, for more optimal and innovative ways. They will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, be analytically fluent, and be comfortable dealing with ambiguity. They can deconstruct high-level concepts into concise, clear executive communications.
