Position Information Hiring Manager: Managing Director Department: Structured Products Department Overview Structured Products ("SP") is a component of the Investor Partners Group ("IPG") which is responsible for all debt and equity strategies and placement for the Firm. SP is responsible for structuring and placement of a variety of debt solutions for our various funds and accounts, all of which support our Direct Lending, Broadly Syndicated Loans ("BSL") and Credit Opportunities businesses. SP has executed 100 securitization vehicles representing more than $55 billion in notional value. In addition, SP manages more than $10 billion of bespoke, negotiated debt commitments across a variety of loan-to-SPV secured bank lines and nearly $2 billion in capital call line commitments. SP has an outstanding track record of top tier execution and innovation in the debt capital markets. The team interfaces with external banks and investors, while staying closely aligned with front, middle and back-office functions to ensure delivery of timely and efficient debt solutions for the Firm's various strategies. Position Responsibilities The candidate will support the Bank Lines Team by contributing across deal execution, structuring, analytics and relationship management. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assisting with structuring, negotiating and executing bank lines Supporting KYC workflows, document distribution and fee coordination Reviewing loan tapes, validating large datasets and identifying trends Modeling comparative structures, advance rates, portfolio sensitivities and discount factor impacts to support negotiations and decision‑making Analyzing efficiency and optimizing usage of existing and potential ABL facilities including availability drivers, collateral marks and leverage capacity Updating CRM with facility terms and deal activity Supporting engagement with lenders to understand product appetite, capacity and alignment with the Firm's bank line strategy Collaborating with Treasury, Product Solutions, Legal and Operations Teams to coordinate data, align structuring mechanics, ensure operational feasibility and support stakeholder communication Assisting in evaluating structuring options, understanding fund‑specific mechanics and capturing trade‑offs for internal decision‑making Coordinating with internal groups to support pricing, closing, documentation review and ongoing maintenance of facilities Contributing to the drafting of internal memos summarizing structure recommendations, mechanics, lender feedback and operational considerations Researching market trends and maintaining awareness of structuring themes and lender behavior Candidate Requirements Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Applied Math or related field with strong academic performance At least 2 years of relevant experience in structured finance, leveraged credit, investment banking or other analytical credit‑focused roles Strong financial modeling, data analysis and structured problem‑solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present complex concepts clearly and concisely Highly detail‑oriented, organized and effective at managing multiple workstreams simultaneously Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; comfort with large datasets and system‑based analysis Enthusiastic about working in office and creating a Gold Standard hybrid work culture Critical Competencies for Success Our Gold Standards Model defines key behaviors and competencies across 4 dimensions: Leadership, Achieving Results, Personal Effectiveness and Thinking Critically.
