Base compensation offered for this role is:Team Lead I: $68,500.00 -- $104,100.00Team Lead II: $70,100.00 -- $110,400.00Associate Manager: $80,000.00 -- $124,600.00Compensation is based on experience and qualifications. Job Description
The Bodily Injury Team Leader will manage a team of attorney‑represented bodily injury adjusters supporting our West Coast claims operations. This role requires availability during Pacific Time Zone business hours.
The Team Leader is responsible for delivering exceptional claims and inquiry experiences for our Agents through chat‑based services, while effectively leading, motivating, and developing a team of 10-15 adjusters or vendor partners. This role plays a key part in executing operational initiatives that support Claim, Discipline, Claims Service Area (CSA), and broader company business objectives.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategies to drive strong employee performance and consistent, expert claims handling; monitoring staffing levels and workloads; providing coaching and mentoring; and participating in performance management and reviews. The Team Leader also addresses escalated customer situations, supports unit goal‑setting, and fosters a high‑performance, collaborative culture.
