Job Overview
The Supply Chain Compliance Analyst will define, build, and operationalize Saronic's supply chain compliance infrastructure as the company scales. This role is responsible for ensuring that supplier and supply chain activities meet applicable regulatory, contractual, and internal requirements, while building systems and processes that are efficient, scalable, and aligned with how the business operates.
You will work at the intersection of Supply Chain, Supplier Quality, and Legal to translate complex regulatory and contractual requirements into practical, executable processes and systems. Beyond implementation, this role requires proactively anticipating future compliance needs and designing systems ahead of formal requirements, ensuring Saronic is prepared for future customers, contracts, and scale without overbuilding or introducing unnecessary complexity.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, capable of building from scratch, navigating ambiguity, and making pragmatic decisions that balance rigor with speed. You will play a key role in shaping how Saronic approaches compliance, establishing a high-caliber foundation that enables growth without defaulting to legacy or overly bureaucratic models.
