Compliance Counsel

About the role

Join the Bearforce as Compliance Counsel to join our Legal team and support the brand's growth by helping ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. This is a collaborative, business-facing role, reporting into Senior Director, Litigation and Regulatory & Compliance. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, sales, manufacturing, distribution, content, and contracting teams to provide practical, effective legal guidance on a wide range of compliance matters. The role includes supporting and evolving compliance programs, advising on risk mitigation, assisting with training, audits, and regulatory inquiries, monitoring regulatory developments, and drafting and reviewing compliance-related policies and agreements. This is an exciting opportunity for a compliance attorney who enjoys working closely with the business and turning complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable mentorship.
