Architectural Executive

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of fundamental principles and practices of architecture, construction materials and methods, and building codes;
• Research on materials, methods, and construction techniques;
• Interpret design concept and translating them into workable solution and ensure design quality and authority compliance;
• Conceptualize and present design proposal;
• Assist and support Architect in executing multiple architectural projects;
• Assist in tender drawings and material specifications;
• Assist in liaising and coordinating with consultants and contractors;
• Assist project Architect on site implementation.

Requirements

• Recognized Degree in Architecture or equivalent, registrable with Board of Architects, Singapore;
• Well-verse in Singapore BCA BIM e-submission process, requirements and guidelines;
• Excellent knowledge and experience of Autodesk Building Design Suite software including Revit Architecture;
• Completed BCA Academy's BIM Modeling and BIM Management would be an added advantage;
• Fluent in Vietnamese language is an advantage as you will be required to communicate and liaise with Vietnamese clients.
