Main responsibilities:
Proactively and effectively manage all workflows including Finesse (internal system)
Preparation of Loan documents, settlements including payment notices
Identify and own opportunities for productivity improvements to systems & procedures
Developing effective relationships with internal stakeholders and makes the most of business opportunities
Ensure all documents/settlements/payment notices/payout letters are to be checked and released only when correct in accordance with checklists
Liaise with internal stakeholders for any outstanding information if required
Create registrations on PPS register and via the Realtime B2G link
Conduct required reporting and complete necessary checks to remove all Medfin security registrations are no longer required on the PPS register
Conduct searches on PPS register as required within the business
Process original loan documents for reporting and offsite storage using Finesse bartrak
Process Discharge of Mortgage and production of title requests in conjunction Mortgage specialists
Ensure that all requests in the Team Inbox are allocated promptly and actioned within agreed time frames
Provide and maintain work instructions for role processes
Identify and own opportunities for productivity improvements to systems and procedures
Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.
