Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose and repair routine electrical and mechanical issues on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and drive systems.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous maintenance experience or a formal technical education.
- Fundamental understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work rotating shifts.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various physical conditions (heat, cold, heights).
- A technical degree in industrial maintenance or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or technical environment, especially with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
- Demonstrated experience in a role with a focus on safety and quality.
