About the role

The VP of Corporate Development will be the architect and driving force behind the company's inorganic growth strategy. This leader will own the full life cycle of BizDev, from sourcing proprietary opportunities to negotiating and closing high impact transactions. The role requires a highly driven dealmaker who combines strategic vision with exceptional executional intensity. This individual must have great instincts, the discipline of a seasoned operator, and the judgment required to shape the company's long term acquisition roadmap. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the VP of Corp Dev will build and lead a high performance CorpDev team. The Vice President of Corporate Development will report into this role, ensuring alignment between sourcing, commercial evaluation, and execution. The successful candidate will establish the processes, relationships, and market intelligence needed to scale an BizDev engine that consistently identifies and closes valuable deals. The VP of Corp Dev will transform the company's acquisition capability from opportunistic to strategic. This role will supercharge deal sourcing, increase the volume and quality of targets, and ensure that the company consistently closes transactions that accelerate growth.
